WHAT IS A SENIOR REP?
A Senior Rep is a high school senior who represents Ashley Duncan Photography exclusively throughout their entire senior year. Think of it as more than just photos, it’s an experience.
Senior reps get to be part of a fun, supportive group of girls who attend both individual and styled group sessions, make new friends, and create images that truly feel like them. From kickoff to cap & gown, reps are involved in creative shoots, special events, and moments that go far beyond a single session.
As a rep, you’ll share your images on social media, help spread the word about my business, and earn fun perks and incentives along the way. In return, you’ll receive professional senior portraits, exclusive experiences, and memories you’ll carry long after graduation.
This program is for confident, kind, free-spirited girls who want their senior year documented in a meaningful, authentic way and who love the idea of being part of something a little extra special.

A FUN EXPERIENCE
Being a senior rep lets you be part of creative photo shoots, meet new people, and feel confident in front of the camera. You also get to share your photos, make memories during your senior year, and be part of something exciting and social.

From group sessions to shared laughter and memories, these girls start as strangers and often leave as lifelong friends. It’s a space to feel supported, celebrated, and surrounded by people who are walking through the same season of life together.
A TON OF PHOTOS
You’ll receive more photos through multiple photo sessions, special themed shoots, and exclusive opportunities offered throughout the year. Each session adds new images to your collection, giving you a variety of looks and memories to share and keep. You will receive over 500 photos throughout the year of just you AND group photos!

FAQ
WHO CAN APPLY TO BE A SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE?
Any high schooler who is going to graduate in 2027, who is comfortable in front of the camera, active on social media, and excited to represent my brand is welcome to apply.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF A SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE?
Representatives are expected to attend scheduled photo sessions, share their photos, and positively promote my photography business within their school and community.
HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK FROM START TO FINISH?
The process starts by applying to become a senior representative and waiting for acceptance into the program. Once accepted, you’ll receive a welcome guide with next steps, sign your contract, pay a 25% deposit and complete your booking to secure your first session. From there, you’ll participate in scheduled photo shoots throughout the year, and after each session, your professionally edited images will be delivered in an online gallery for viewing and downloading.
